Tech Revamp Legal, Privacy, Software & Messaging Terms — Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and SMS messaging policies governing our services and your rights.
Terms and Conditions
Effective date: August 25, 2026
1. Scope
These Terms apply to services and software provided by Tech Revamp, LLC (“Tech Revamp”), including managed IT services, custom development, web applications, desktop applications, mobile applications, software utilities, APIs, automation tools, and other technology products.
Client-specific services may also be governed by a Service Agreement, Statement of Work (“SOW”), license agreement, support agreement, development agreement, or other written contract. If a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for the covered services.
2. Managed and Professional Services
Managed IT services and project work are provided according to the applicable SOW or Service Agreement, including agreed objectives, deliverables, timelines, exclusions, responsibilities, and service levels.
3. Payment Terms
Clients agree to pay fees described in the applicable SOW, Service Agreement, subscription agreement, order, or invoice. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 15 days of issuance.
Approved expenses or additional work outside the agreed scope may be billed separately.
4. Confidentiality
Tech Revamp and its clients may exchange confidential or proprietary information.
Each party agrees to protect confidential information using reasonable safeguards and not disclose it except as authorized, required to provide the applicable service, or required by law.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Client-specific deliverables created exclusively for a client become the client’s property after full payment where stated in the applicable agreement.
- Pre-existing Tech Revamp software, libraries, frameworks, utilities, tools, methods, templates, and intellectual property remain the property of Tech Revamp.
- Third-party software and components remain subject to their respective licenses.
6. Acceptable Use
Tech Revamp services and software may not be used for unlawful activity, abuse, unauthorized access, disruption of systems, infringement of third-party rights, or activity that compromises the security or operation of a service.
Tech Revamp may restrict or terminate access where necessary to protect users, systems, customers, or legal compliance.
7. Software and Applications
Tech Revamp develops and distributes software across Microsoft Teams, Windows, iOS, web platforms, SMS platforms, and other environments.
Individual applications may have their own features, permissions, privacy practices, platform requirements, subscriptions, or additional terms.
8. Free Software
“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”
Software distributed free of charge is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” unless otherwise stated.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech Revamp makes no warranty regarding availability, compatibility, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, or continued maintenance.
Users are responsible for reviewing permissions, maintaining backups, testing software appropriately, and determining whether it is suitable for their intended use.
9. Paid Software and Subscriptions
Paid applications or subscription services may be governed by marketplace terms, subscription terms, purchase agreements, or platform-specific agreements.
Where a product is distributed through Microsoft Marketplace and uses the Microsoft Marketplace Standard Contract, that contract governs the customer’s license to that product.
10. Third-Party Platforms and Services
Tech Revamp products may rely on third-party platforms, operating systems, cloud providers, APIs, app stores, identity providers, data sources, telecommunications providers, or software libraries.
Tech Revamp is not responsible for outages, changes, discontinuation, or failures caused by third-party systems outside its reasonable control.
11. App Store and Marketplace Terms
Applications distributed through Microsoft Marketplace, Apple App Store, Microsoft Store, Google Play, GitHub, or other platforms may also be subject to the applicable platform’s rules, disclosures, permissions, purchasing requirements, and terms.
12. Service Levels
Any guaranteed response time, uptime commitment, maintenance obligation, or service-level commitment must be stated in the applicable agreement or product-specific terms.
Unless expressly stated, no specific service level is guaranteed.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech Revamp is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost business, or loss of data.
For paid services, Tech Revamp’s aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the applicable service during the period stated in the governing agreement.
14. Termination
Either party may terminate a service as permitted by the applicable agreement.
Tech Revamp may suspend or terminate access where required for security, legal compliance, nonpayment, abuse, or material violation of applicable terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, unless another governing law is stated in an applicable agreement.
Privacy Policy

1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Tech Revamp, LLC collects, uses, processes, protects, retains, and discloses personal information through its services, software applications, websites, support channels, and communications.
It applies to Tech Revamp products and services unless a product-specific privacy notice states otherwise.
2. Information We May Collect
Depending on the service or application, Tech Revamp may process:
- Names
- Business email addresses
- Phone numbers
- Organization and tenant information
- Job titles
- Account identifiers
- Service requests
- Support communications
- Application content provided by users
- Device and application information
- Diagnostic logs
- Crash information
- Security events
- Billing and subscription information
- Information required to provide a specific application feature
Tech Revamp only seeks to process information reasonably necessary for the applicable service or feature.
3. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- Provide and operate services
- Authenticate users
- Maintain application functionality
- Communicate with customers
- Provide support
- Process subscriptions and billing
- Secure accounts and systems
- Troubleshoot technical problems
- Improve reliability and performance
- Comply with legal obligations
Tech Revamp does not sell personal information.
4. Customer and Organizational Data
For business applications, customers and their authorized users may create or provide information through the service.
That information remains associated with the customer or organization using the service. Tech Revamp processes such information only as necessary to provide, secure, support, maintain, and improve the applicable service or as otherwise authorized.
5. Security
Tech Revamp uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the applicable service.
These safeguards may include authentication, access controls, encryption where appropriate, monitoring, secure communications, credential protection, and infrastructure security controls.
No system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, meet contractual obligations, maintain security and operational records, resolve disputes, or comply with legal requirements.
Retention periods may vary by product and type of information.
7. Third-Party Services
Tech Revamp products may integrate with or rely on third-party providers such as Microsoft, Apple, cloud infrastructure providers, telecommunications providers, public APIs, and software services.
Those providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
8. User Rights
Depending on applicable law and the nature of the service, individuals may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held by Tech Revamp.
Requests may be subject to organizational ownership, contractual obligations, security requirements, legal retention obligations, and identity verification.
9. Children’s Privacy
Tech Revamp’s general business services and software are not directed to children under 13, and Tech Revamp does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 except where legally authorized and appropriate for the applicable service.
10. Product-Specific Privacy Practices
OpsOnTab
OpsOnTab is an operations and workflow management application provided by Tech Revamp and available through Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365.
OpsOnTab may process Microsoft organizational account information needed for authentication and functionality, including name, email address, Microsoft user identifier, organization or tenant identifier, and other identity information required to provide the service.
Organizations and authorized users may create and manage information including tickets, tasks, standard operating procedures, process steps, approvals, comments, assignments, attachments, notifications, and related operational records.
OpsOnTab may integrate with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Graph, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, and other Microsoft services necessary to authenticate users, deliver notifications, store application information, and provide configured functionality.
Tech Revamp does not sell personal information or organizational or customer data processed through OpsOnTab.
Access to OpsOnTab records is controlled through application permissions, record relationships, organizational configuration, and Microsoft identity information. Access may also depend on permissions granted by the organization and the configuration of connected Microsoft services.
OpsOnTab information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, support the organization, maintain security and operational records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Organizations may request deletion or export of records subject to account administration, technical limitations, contractual requirements, security needs, and legally required retention.
Tech Revamp uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Microsoft and other cloud, identity, notification, hosting, and infrastructure providers may process information as needed to provide configured functionality under their own terms and privacy policies.
Privacy requests concerning OpsOnTab may be sent to legal@techrevamp.com. Requests involving organizational records may need to be submitted or approved by the relevant organization administrator.
ClientCall
ClientCall is an iOS application for organizing businesses, contacts, notes, visits, follow-ups, and related business information.
ClientCall may use publicly available online sources to help identify or enrich business information entered by a user.
Personal application data may be stored or synchronized through the user’s Apple iCloud account using Apple technologies such as CloudKit. Tech Revamp does not receive access to a user’s private iCloud account credentials.
Publicly available business information retrieved through supported data sources may be combined with information entered by the user to create organized business records.
TextCave
TextCave is an iOS application for private note capture, search, and organization.
Where iCloud synchronization is enabled, application data may be stored and synchronized through the user’s Apple iCloud account.
Tech Revamp does not receive the user’s Apple ID password or direct access to the user’s private iCloud account.
PrayAlerts
PrayAlerts is an SMS-based notification platform.
To provide messaging functionality, Tech Revamp may process phone numbers, message content, opt-in and opt-out records, delivery information, scheduling information, and related messaging metadata.
Phone numbers and SMS consent information are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Messaging information may be shared with telecommunications carriers, messaging providers, and service providers only as necessary to provide the messaging service or comply with law.
Linkscave
Linkscave is a web application for saving, organizing, searching, and optionally sharing bookmarked links.
Depending on features used, Linkscave may process account information, bookmarks, titles, descriptions, tags, search information, and content a user chooses to make public.
Users are responsible for determining whether content they choose to publish publicly is appropriate for public sharing.
ExploraSTEM and STEM FEED
ExploraSTEM and STEM FEED aggregate publicly available science, technology, engineering, and mathematics content from third-party sources.
These products may process limited application, device, diagnostic, search, or usage information necessary to provide the service and maintain application functionality.
Third-party article publishers and linked websites remain responsible for their own content and privacy practices.
Local and Utility Applications
Tech Revamp also distributes applications and utilities including DatabaseSync, DeployForge, NetBrowser, AutoApp Installer, MacCheck, PCRevamp, HostSight, SimplePad AI, ImgToPDF, WANIP.org, and other tools.
Data practices depend on the product and features used. Some features may process information locally on the user’s device, while others may use external APIs, cloud services, AI services, identity providers, or external data sources.
When a tool uses those services, information necessary for the requested feature may be transmitted to the applicable provider under that provider’s terms and privacy policy.
Product pages or in-application disclosures may provide additional information for specific features.
11. Local Processing
Some Tech Revamp applications are specifically designed to process information locally.
For example, a product may generate a file, inspect a system, perform diagnostics, or process images without uploading that information to Tech Revamp.
Where local processing is a material privacy feature, Tech Revamp will seek to describe that behavior in the applicable product documentation or interface.
12. Artificial Intelligence Features
Some Tech Revamp applications may include AI-assisted features.
Where an AI feature requires information to be transmitted to an external AI or cloud service, only information necessary to perform the requested function should be submitted.
Users should not submit confidential, regulated, or sensitive information to an AI feature unless the applicable product documentation and their organization’s policies permit it.
13. Changes to this Privacy Policy
Tech Revamp may update this Privacy Policy as services, applications, legal requirements, or data practices change.
The effective date displayed on this page will be updated when material changes are published.

SMS Messaging Terms and Privacy Notice

Program Summary
Program name: Tech Revamp Customer Communications
Company: Tech Revamp, LLC
Tech Revamp may use SMS or MMS for support requests, appointments, service updates, project updates, account notifications, and other requested customer-care communications.
1. Consent
By voluntarily providing a mobile phone number and requesting text communication, or by selecting an optional SMS consent checkbox, you consent to receive applicable conversational or customer-care SMS or MMS messages from Tech Revamp.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing a product or service.
2. Types of Messages
Messages may include:
- Support responses
- Appointment confirmations
- Reminders
- Service updates
- Project updates
- Scheduling information
- Account notifications
Unless separately disclosed, the program is not intended for marketing or promotional messaging.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on user interaction, service activity, support needs, and requested notifications.
4. Message and Data Rates
Tech Revamp does not charge a separate fee for SMS communications.
Carrier message and data rates may apply.
5. Opt-Out
Users may opt out at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE.
Tech Revamp may send one confirmation message after an opt-out request.

7. SMS Privacy
Tech Revamp uses SMS information to deliver messages, respond to users, maintain consent records, manage support communications, and operate the messaging service.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
SMS originator opt-in data and consent records will not be shared except with service providers, telecommunications carriers, messaging providers, or where required by law.
Tech Revamp does not sell or rent mobile phone numbers or SMS consent records.
8. Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Delivery depends on carrier networks and service availability.
