Terms and Conditions
Effective date: July 24, 2026
1. Scope of Services
Tech Revamp, LLC ("Tech Revamp") shall provide managed IT services as detailed in the Service Agreement or Statement of Work ("SOW"). This includes clearly outlined project objectives, specific deliverables, estimated timelines, exclusions, and limitations explicitly agreed upon by both parties.
2. Payment Terms
The Client agrees to compensate Tech Revamp according to the fee schedule outlined in the SOW or Service Agreement. Invoices shall be issued monthly or as otherwise agreed, payable within 15 days from the date of invoice unless stated otherwise. Any additional expenses incurred during the delivery of services will be billed separately, subject to prior approval by the Client.
3. Confidentiality
Both parties acknowledge that during the term of engagement, they may exchange confidential information. Tech Revamp agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive Client data and information. This obligation extends beyond termination of the agreement. Neither party shall disclose confidential information without written consent, except as required by law or judicial order.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to deliverables and original materials created specifically for the Client by Tech Revamp under an agreement shall belong to the Client upon full payment, unless the applicable agreement states otherwise. Pre-existing intellectual property owned by Tech Revamp or third parties remains with the original owner and may be licensed as described in the applicable SOW.
5. Limitation of Liability
Tech Revamp's total liability to the Client for claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client under the applicable SOW or Service Agreement. Tech Revamp shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits or data, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
The Client agrees to use Tech Revamp's services solely for lawful and legitimate purposes. Use that violates applicable laws or compromises the security or functionality of services is prohibited and may result in termination.
7. Service Level Agreements
Specific service levels, response times, uptime commitments, and support expectations shall be described in the applicable Service Agreement or SOW.
8. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disruptions, network or utility interruptions, or government actions.
9. Termination and Dispute Resolution
Either party may terminate an agreement upon written notice if the other party materially breaches the agreement and fails to remedy the breach within 15 days after receiving written notice. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation or mediation and, if unresolved, may be submitted to binding arbitration as provided in the applicable agreement.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
11. User Consent and Acceptance
By engaging Tech Revamp's services or accessing our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
12. SMS Messaging
Use of Tech Revamp's text messaging service is governed by our separate SMS Messaging Terms and Privacy Notice.
13. Free and Publicly Distributed Software
Tech Revamp may develop and distribute free, publicly available software, including desktop applications, web applications, mobile applications, command-line tools, utilities, scripts, and samples (collectively, "Free Software"). Free Software is separate from paid managed services.
"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE"
Free Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, reliability, availability, accuracy, compatibility, security, and uninterrupted operation.
You are responsible for determining whether Free Software is suitable for your intended use, reviewing requested permissions, maintaining backups, testing in a safe environment, and complying with applicable laws and third-party terms.
Tech Revamp does not guarantee ongoing support, updates, maintenance, compatibility, bug fixes, new features, or continued availability of Free Software.
14. App Store and Platform Terms
Applications distributed through Apple App Store, Google Play, Microsoft Store, GitHub, or other platforms may also be governed by the applicable platform's terms, disclosures, permissions, purchase rules, and technical requirements.
15. Custom-Built Application Terms
Custom applications, websites, APIs, integrations, databases, and automations developed for a specific client are governed by the applicable SOW, development agreement, license agreement, support agreement, maintenance agreement, or other signed contract. Where a signed agreement conflicts with these general website Terms, the signed agreement controls for the covered services.
16. Third-Party Components
Software developed or distributed by Tech Revamp may rely on third-party libraries, APIs, cloud platforms, operating systems, app stores, data sources, and other services. Tech Revamp is not responsible for outages, changes, vulnerabilities, or discontinuation of third-party components outside its control.
Privacy Policy

1. Our Commitment to Privacy
Tech Revamp, LLC respects the privacy of clients, prospective clients, software users, and website visitors. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, secure, and disclose personal information.
2. Information Collection
We may collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, business addresses, job titles, company details, service request information, and other information voluntarily submitted through our website, communications, contracts, or support channels.
3. Use and Disclosure of Information
We use personal information for service delivery, customer communication, support, billing, account administration, security, and legal compliance. Tech Revamp does not sell personal information.
4. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including access controls, secure storage, and encryption where appropriate, to protect personal information.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to meet contractual or legal obligations, or to resolve disputes.
6. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website and services may use or link to third-party providers. Those providers may process information under their own privacy policies. Tech Revamp is not responsible for the privacy practices of unrelated third parties.
7. Your Rights and Access
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held by Tech Revamp, subject to applicable legal and contractual requirements.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
9. SMS and Mobile Information
Our collection and use of mobile phone numbers, SMS consent, and text messaging data is described in our SMS Messaging Terms and Privacy Notice.
10. Desktop, Web, iOS, and Android Applications
Tech Revamp may develop and distribute desktop, web, iOS, and Android applications. Each application may have different data practices. When an application's own disclosure or privacy notice differs from this general policy, the application-specific notice controls for that application.
Applications may collect limited technical or diagnostic information necessary for functionality, such as application version, operating-system version, device type, crash reports, error logs, performance information, and settings or identifiers required for operation.
Unless otherwise disclosed, Tech Revamp does not intentionally collect personal files, photos, contacts, messages, passwords, precise location, or private device content.
11. Free and Publicly Distributed Applications
Free applications may involve limited or no account-based data collection by Tech Revamp. App stores, operating systems, hosting providers, analytics services, and crash-reporting platforms may independently collect information under their own policies.
12. Custom Client Applications
Privacy and data handling practices for custom applications may be governed by a client-specific SOW, development agreement, data-processing agreement, privacy notice, or other written contract.
13. Children's Privacy
Tech Revamp's general services and software are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate authorization.

Tech Revamp SMS Messaging Terms and Privacy Notice

Program Summary
Program name: Tech Revamp Customer Communications
Company: Tech Revamp, LLC
Purpose: Conversational, person-to-person, and customer-care messaging related to support requests, appointments, service updates, project updates, and account notifications.
1. Consent to Receive Text Messages
By checking the optional SMS consent checkbox on a Tech Revamp form, providing your mobile phone number, or otherwise requesting text message communication from Tech Revamp, you consent to receive conversational and customer-care SMS or MMS messages from Tech Revamp.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. The mobile phone number field and SMS consent checkbox are optional, and the checkbox is not selected by default.
2. Types of Messages
Messages may include responses to support requests, appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates, project updates, scheduling information, and account-related notifications. This program is not intended for marketing or promotional messaging.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with Tech Revamp, your support or service needs, and whether you initiate or continue a text conversation.
4. Message and Data Rates
Tech Revamp does not charge a separate fee for this text messaging service. Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and mobile plan.
5. Opting Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to a Tech Revamp message.
After an opt-out request is processed, Tech Revamp may send one final confirmation message. After that confirmation, no further text messages will be sent to that mobile number from the applicable Tech Revamp texting conversation unless you later opt in again.

7. SMS Privacy
Tech Revamp respects your privacy. We use information provided through the text messaging service to transmit messages, respond to you, manage support or service communications, and maintain records of consent and opt-out requests.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, except with service providers, telecommunications carriers, and vendors that help deliver the messaging service, or when disclosure is required by law.
Tech Revamp does not sell or rent mobile phone numbers, SMS consent records, or text messaging data.
8. Electronic Record
By agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to the use of an electronic record to document your agreement. You may withdraw your consent to receive text messages by replying STOP.
9. Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and network availability.
