The Problem

Everyday work is often spread across emails, chats, spreadsheets, ticketing systems, and undocumented processes. Requests get lost, ownership becomes unclear, and teams rely on people remembering what needs to happen next.

What We Built

OpsOnTab brings tasks, support tickets, SOPs, and structured processes into one workspace inside Microsoft Teams. Teams can assign ownership, follow repeatable workflows, collaborate on individual steps, and track work from the initial request through completion — creating a clearer way to manage how work actually gets done.

ExploraSTEM / STEM FEED

Turning scattered STEM information into a focused discovery experience.

The Problem

Useful science and technology content is spread across research organizations, journals, and publications. Following it all separately creates noise and makes good information harder to find.

What We Built

What began as STEMFetch, a web-based STEM content aggregator, evolved into ExploraSTEM and later the STEM FEED iOS app — bringing together sources like NASA, IEEE Spectrum, NIST, Nature, and ScienceDaily into one categorized, searchable feed.

SQL Server comparison and synchronization without the complexity.

The Problem

Comparing and synchronizing SQL Server databases usually means expensive third-party tools or manual scripts. Database administrators need a faster, more direct way to find differences and manage schema changes.

What We Built

A Windows application that compares source and destination SQL Server databases, highlights differences, and synchronizes schema changes through a straightforward interface — with secure credential management through Azure Key Vault. Now on Version 2.5.

DeployForge

Intune application packaging without the repetitive work.

The Problem

Preparing Windows applications for Microsoft Intune means repeatedly building .intunewin packages, writing install commands, and setting up detection logic — the same steps, over and over, across every deployment.

What We Built

A free Windows application that brings Intune packaging into one interface: creating packages, generating install information, assisting with detection logic, and organizing deployment details. It grew out of real day-to-day Intune packaging work for IT teams.

A field-sales CRM designed around the way people actually work in the field.

The Problem

Field salespeople need to track businesses, visits, notes, opportunities, and follow-ups while moving between locations. Traditional CRMs add complexity a fast-moving field workflow doesn't need.

What We Built

A purpose-built iPhone CRM for organizing businesses, contacts, visits, activities, and follow-ups, with a dashboard for upcoming visits and nearby businesses. Data syncs through the user's own private iCloud account.

The Problem

What We Built

An SMS-first notification system built around scheduled prayer reminders, letting users receive and interact with alerts by text — no app required. The same messaging architecture applies well beyond this one use case, from appointment reminders to field-service alerts.
